RESCHEDULING?

Usually our rescheduling cancelled lessons is a smooth and easy process. If for some reason you have not heard from the MMM staff after 7 days from submitting your cancellation request, please feel free to contact our rescheduling coordinator Natasha Bansfield. She will make sure your lesson is rescheduled and can also assist with any other questions you may have. Please email Natasha at: natasha@markmurphysmusic.com

CANCELLATIONS

Each student is given the opportunity to make up three private lessons during the Fall-Spring Season. For two of these make-ups, the school must receive at least 24 hours notice prior to the start of the lesson time in order to provide a make-up. *Starting in November 2015, students are given the opportunity to reschedule one of their three lessons for a cancellation where 24 hours notice is not possible, as long as the office receives this form prior to the start of the lesson.  Lesson time missed due to a student's "no-show" is considered ineligible for a make-up.

*Please reference the current Studio Calendar for all scheduled lesson dates for the semester. Make-up lessons that are scheduled & canceled (with or without 24-hour notice) cannot be rescheduled and will be considered completed.
